Stacy Plaisance has demonstrated her commitment to creating a supportive treatment experience through her compassion and integrity in the field of Behavioral Health for over 17 years.  Early in her career, she worked at a nationally known residential treatment program as a chemical dependency professional (SUDP) counselor focusing on relapse prevention and client advocacy.  This is where she discovered her passion and developed her skill with complex clients, referents, and families.  She returned to school, obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Management.  In 2012, she shifted full-time into clinical outreach and in 2016, began working for Northbound Treatment Services, focusing on organizational health.  She ultimately became National Business Development and a valuable asset to the Leadership Team at Northbound. Her success and experience as a clinician and insight into all departments of an organization give her a unique perspective. She has worked with hundreds of families to help them with family coaching, appropriate treatment placement and successful intervention leading to long term recovery for their loved ones. Stacy lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband and two kids. She loves to ski, hike, travel, spend time with her dogs, ride motorcycles, attend Seahawk’s games and mentor other professionals.  She is continually striving for personal and professional growth and development in her own life.
